Frostbite 5K Road Rules

Please note that the course will remain open for one (1) hour and ten (10) minutes—this is a 22 minutes per mile pace.  Please be courteous to the varied pace of participants and allow very fast runners to start at the front of the pack. 

The following are NOT permitted in the event:

• Pets, skateboards, bicycles, roller blades, or any other types of vehicle (other than official vehicles).  This request is being made to promote the safety of all participants.
• Jogging strollers are permitted provided that you start in the very back of the field and are walking or moving slowly.
